About the role:

InPost is seeking experienced Nights Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team at the Truro depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high street and online brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, contributing to the success of our logistics operations.

Location: Unit 4 Treliske Industrial Estate, Oak Lane, Truro Cornwall TR1 3LP

Shift Pattern: 4on 4off

Hours: 17:00 - 01:30

Salary: £12.70 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Sorting parcels efficiently to support timely and accurate processing, ensuring seamless distribution.
• Relabelling and preparing parcels for dispatch, maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Sorting parcels manually or operating sorting machinery as needed, adapting to operational demands.
• Contributing to general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized environment.
• Loading and unloading parcels quickly and accurately within a collaborative team setting.
