Qualifications

  • Supply chain and warehousing experience is essential.
  • Communication skills must be strong, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with MHE and manual handling equipment is needed.
  • Candidates should demonstrate good team behaviours and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Unload deliveries and check off from delivery notes.
  • Pick and prepare internal and external customer orders.
  • Create delivery notes and ensure accuracy of packed goods.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in operational areas.
  • Report stock discrepancies to Stock Controllers.

Job description

Role: To ensure a high level of customer service to both Internal and External customers by working as part of the overall Warehouse team. Working together with inbound and outbound supply, ensuring products are in the right location at the right times, picking customer order lines in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to the high standards all of our customers expect.

Responsibilities
  • Unload deliveries, check off from delivery notes and book into stock
  • Complete stock put-away's and Replenishments as requested - both inside and outside in yard
  • Pick, check and prepare Internal customer orders (Sample Orders & Fabrication) and external customer orders
  • Completing relevent documentation to the highest standard
  • Creating delivery notes from picked goods ensuring that the quantities of packed goods match documentation ready for loading / collection.
  • Creating delivery labels for customers orders ensuring that correct delivery addresses, contact information is on there including references for us and forwarder to recognise.
  • The repacking of Inbound product in advance of stock location.
  • Report stock discrepancies to the Stock Controllers and help resolve where possible in a timely manner trying to avoid service delays
  • To be trained and obtain all requested MHE licences (Some will require working at height)
  • Support the achievement and continuous improvement of OTIF and reduce RMA's
  • Complete all SSW and TBT that are required
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping within all operational areas.
Qualifications
  • Good Supply Chain and Warehousing experience
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to be trained and/or experience of MHE and Manual Handling Equipment
  • Demonstrates Good Team Behaviours and willingness to learn
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement would be an advantage
