Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Winsford site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklift trucks to support warehouse operations. A valid, up-to-date forklift licence is required.
• Load and unload vehicles during night shift operations, ensuring goods are handled securely and in line with company procedures.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including pallet breakdown and accurate sorting of customer orders, while complying with health and safety standards.
• Pick and prepare orders efficiently according to customer requirements, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working order.
• Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.

Required Experience

• Hold a current Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
