Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative

Our Returns team are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our thriving Warehousing team at our distribution centre in Thatcham.

About the Role

The Warehouse Operative will collaborate closely with team members and other departments across the business to ensure all stock movements are timely and precise. You’ll also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and supporting change initiatives within the warehouse environment.

Other responsibilities include:

• Processing customer refunds with meticulous attention to detail
• Inspect customer returns in detail, using logic and initiative in decision making
• Using our SAP system to systematically move products around the business
• Liaise with customer service and other key stakeholders across the business daily

This role works shift patterns of 11am-7pm, weekend work is also expected.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
