Location: Stowmarket

Shifts: 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM & 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse in Rendlesham. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations, ensuring that goods are stored, handled, and dispatched safely and efficiently. This role involves some physical work, so you must be able to read and write English and be physically capable of manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick products and related items according to order sheets and warehouse systems.
  • Prepare and pack orders safely, ensuring products are handled with care to avoid damage or spillage.
  • Work to performance targets (accuracy, speed, and quality).
  • Follow all site health & safety procedures, especially when handling liquid or hazardous materials.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area.
  • Assist colleagues and support other warehouse tasks when required.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit - able to lift, move, and handle paint products and packaging safely.
