Job description

We’re recruiting enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join a leading food production company in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to work in a busy environment with the potential of a permanent role for the successful candidate, where no two shifts are the same! Previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential.

As a Warehouse Operative you will:

• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating pallet trucks and manual handling equipment safely
• Loading and unloading stock from delivery vehicles
• Keeping work areas and warehouse clean and organised
• Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Labelling and storing items correctly for inventory accuracy
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Reporting equipment faults or stock discrepancies to supervisors

This role is working day shifts on a 4 on 4 off rotation 7am-7pm. The hourly rate for this role is £12.60 per hour.
