Job Overview

Lead the shift team as a Supervisor in a high‑volume multi‑client warehouse environment at iForce – part of the Culina Group. This full‑time, permanent role runs Monday‑Friday 14:00‑22:00 with a base salary of £28,601 + £5,720 shift allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the team to hit productivity and service KPI targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Support the Shift Supervisor with receipt, pallet build, put‑away, dispatch and return processing.
  • Ensure health and safety standards and stock integrity are upheld.
  • Plan and monitor staff levels to meet operational efficiency.
  • Motivate and manage the shift team; lead by example, promote team spirit.
  • Monitor the work environment, identify bottlenecks and adjust workforce as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience supervising a shift or leading a team in a warehouse.
  • Knowledge of multi‑client warehouse operations and client requirements.
  • Process‑oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong people‑management skills; able to inspire and develop staff.
  • Computer literate and able to follow complex instructions.
  • Adaptable, responsive to change and able to manage workflow.
