Are you detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for operational excellence? Do you enjoy working in a hands-on role where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential?

We're representing a long-established food manufacturing business with a modern warehouse operation based near Nutts Corner. As they continue to grow, they're now seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the smooth running of their site, with a particular focus on stock accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch of orders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team. Whether you've worked in FMCG, logistics or food production, this could be a great next step.

What you'll be doing
  • Operating forklifts (Reach & Counterbalance) and other MHE in line with safety standards
  • Accurately picking, storing, and dispatching goods using scanners and manual checks
  • Carrying out stock counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Supporting goods-in/out processes including loading and unloading deliveries
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP and allergen protocols
  • Working closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily targets
What you'll need
  • Previous Forklift Experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication and a team-first mindset
  • Physically fit and able to work in a time-sensitive setting
  • Awareness of food safety or allergen procedures (desirable but not essential)
