Pay: £14.00ph

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm or 9.00am-5.30pm

Location: NN15 6FD

Start date: Monday 5th January 2026

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with in-date accredited Flexi Bendi forklift licence, looking to kick start the new year with a new job role? Our Wellingborough based client who are in the process of relocating their business to Kettering have an exciting opportunity to expand their team, are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative, you will be joining a well-established, friendly team. Undertaking duties daily as a key member of their Warehouse, driving a Bendi FLT.

• Must have an in-date accredited Flexi Bendi forklift licence.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Be prepared to do warehouse duties as well as forklift work.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
• Using internal software | wms for stock movements
• Always adhering to health & safety procedures

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

• Previous FLT experience within a racked warehouse environment
• Good level of English language
• Strong communication skills and confidence to ask questions or raise issues
• Manual dexterity and good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy (scanner/PC)
• Must have own transport due to possible travelling between sites [short transition period]
