ProCook is looking for enthusiastic and reliableWarehouse Operativesto join our team. Due to increased demand,from October we're extending our opening hours from 6am to 10pm, offering you the flexibility of 12-hour shifts and maximum earning potential.

As a Warehouse Operative at ProCook, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. From eCommerce order fulfillment to picking and packing, your work will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently during our busiest time of year.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the area you're assigned to, your daily tasks may include:

• Ecommerce order picking- selecting customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ecommerce packing- carefully packaging online orders to ensure safe delivery to customers
• Quality control- checking items for damage and ensuring perfect presentation
• Inventory management- stacking and sorting goods within the warehouse and preparing shipments
• Loading/unloadingdelivery vehicles and supporting goods-in operations
• Maintaininga clean, safe and organised work environment
• Working to KPIsand deadlines while supporting your team to hit shared goals

Training will be provided, and you'll be supported by our experienced team every step of the way.

Shift Patterns & Hours

Our warehouse operates 7 days a week with flexible shift patterns to suit your availability:

• Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday from 8am to 8pm (or 12hrs shifts between 6am to 10pm from October until January)
  Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 8pm (or 12hrs shifts between 6am to 10pm from October until January)
• This 2-week rolling shift pattern means you'll work every other weekend and have some weekdays off.
• With our extended October hours (6am-10pm), 12-hour shifts are availablefor those wanting maximum hours and earnings.
• You MUST be able to reliably commute to our warehouse based in Gloucester GL10 3ES - public transport unreliable

We can accommodate both part-time and full-time positions.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, ecommerce fulfillment or distribution environment
  (ideal, but not essential – training is provided)
• Confidence using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing
• Good communication skillsand a positive, can-do attitude
• A strong team ethic and reliability – we all succeed together
• Physical stamina to manage manual handling and long shifts on your feet
