Job description

Overview

Manpower is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Edinburgh City Centre on a temp to perm basis. Immediate starts available.

Pay and Benefits

£12.65 P/H – Weekly pay. Access to Manpower Benefits and Rewards.

Shift Pattern

Full time – (Sunday to Saturday). 6 on 2 off rotation – 1 week dayshift (06:00‑14:30), 1 week backshift (12:40‑22:30). Additional day off every few weeks once weekend work completed. This is a temporary to permanent role; candidates should be committed to transition into a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Issue goods accurately.
• Place issued goods onto pallets or in cages in a neat and safe manner.
• Accompany all goods issued to all departments with an internal delivery note.
• Stack and store all goods in the unit into designated areas.
• Rotate stock efficiently and effectively.
• Carry out stock checks as required.
• Use equipment correctly; report any damage or faults.
• Be PC literate.
