As a Packing Warehouse Operative at InPost Newstrade in Ashford, you will be responsible for accurately packing products to ensure they are prepared safely and efficiently for dispatch. Working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, you'll maintain high standards of quality, organisation, and attention to detail while meeting daily packing targets. You'll be an important part of the team, helping to ensure orders are packed correctly and on time to deliver an excellent service to our customers. This role suits someone who is reliable, hands‑on, and enjoys working as part of a supportive and energetic team.

  • Accurately packing customer orders in line with detailed instructions, ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared for dispatch
  • Packing products securely, neatly, and efficiently to protect goods in transit and maintain presentation standards
  • Performing regular quality checks to ensure all packed orders meet company standards and customer expectations
  • Accurately completing all required warehouse documentation and system updates within agreed timeframes
  • Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and operational deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised work environment, following all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines at all times
  • A valid Right to Work in the UK
