Key role and responsibilities for Warehouse Manager

• Managing warehouse staff, performance and health and safety compliance
• Being responsible for the warehouse despatch
• Monitor the use of material handling equipment so that a safe and efficient working environment is promoted at all times
• Liaison with key stakeholders regarding progress, stock queries, etc
• Provide cover for deputy and supervisors in their absence
• Plan future capacity requirements

Minimum requirements for Warehouse Manager

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory / manager role essential
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Working knowledge of WMS/ ERP systems
• Ability to lead and inspire your team for excellence and continuous improvement
• Sound knowledge of logistics and warehouse best practices

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday
08:30 - 17:30

Salary

£35,000 per annum

This job is commutable from the following areas Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
