Warehouse & Logistics Manager — £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Monday-Friday, Newry

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Client's warehouse and logistics functions, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will have the opportunity to lead from the front; building a motivated team, embedding a safety-first culture, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse and logistics activity.

This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for people, processes, and performance.

The Role

• Develop and deliver warehouse and logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee goods-in/out, stock control, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and shipping.
• Lead, mentor, and coach staff, setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and driving a positive culture.
• Champion a safety-first approach, ensuring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and embedding safe practices daily.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, cost per shipment, order accuracy, etc.), identify improvements, and implement lean processes.
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments to deliver a joined-up service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in WMS/ERP systems, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead teams by example
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on customer service, OTIF delivery, and cost control.
