Care Assistant

Location: Ware

Salary: £14.00 per hour - £22.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible

We are a home care provider. This involves providing care to clients in their own homes.

We are a Home Care Provider rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC, and we do things a little bit differently. If you are interested to know more, please apply and one of our team will contact you to have a chat.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients in their own homes as part of a care team.
• Fully trained to meet the Care Certificate standards; participate in full training provided.
• Shadowing included; fully paid during the training/shadowing period.
• Paid mileage and access to a pension scheme where applicable.

Qualifications & Qualities

• No prior experience required; full training provided to meet Care Certificate standards. Previous experience as a Care Assistant / Carer / Care & Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant is welcomed.
• Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a car.
• Right to Work in the UK required.
• Weekdays, Evenings & Weekends availability; must be able to work alternate weekends.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, reliable, caring and sensitive; flexible; good communicator.
