A private hospital in Hertfordshire is seeking a Ward Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care and ensuring safety during hospital visits. Key responsibilities include pre/post-operation care, patient education, and maintaining medical records. The ideal nurse will be registered with the NMC, with experience in elective surgery and excellent clinical skills. This position offers 37.5 hours of work per week and a collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Ward Manager, the successful Ward Registered Nurse will play a key role in delivering the highest standard of individualised patient care, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during their visit/admission to the hospital. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the Ward Registered Nurse will contribute to a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining full compliance in line with hospital policies, national guidelines and best practice standards.
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
