A healthcare organization in Frimley is seeking a full-time Ward Clerk/Receptionist for Wards F4, F5, and F6. You will be essential in supporting the administrative functions of the busy wards, ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in English and Maths, qualifications in Excel and Word, and be proactive and organized. The role requires handling clerical duties, managing patient inquiries, and liaising with ward staff. Flexibility in working hours is encouraged to support staff needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Trauma and Orthopaedics team at Frimley Park Hospital as a Ward Clerk/Receptionist for Wards F4, F5 and F6. You will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of these busy wards, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the departments.
This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires a proactive, organised and professional individual who can provide high-quality reception support and carry out a range of clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.
