A leading healthcare provider in Hatfield is seeking an enthusiastic Ward Charge Nurse/Sister to join their team. The successful candidate will support the Ward Manager in delivering high-quality clinical care while being part of an on-call rota. Candidates should have current NMC registration, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to meet changing needs. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Ward Charge Nurse/Sister to join the ward nursing team at Rivers Hospital. Shifts covered across days and weekends 9am/9pm – will include on call rota weekdays and weekends.

The appointed Ward Charge Nurse / Sister must be organised with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. You will support the Ward Manager and team in ensuring that safe, effective and high quality clinical care is delivered to all patients.
