  • Certificate in a relevant health related subject or previous NMC registration.
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above required.
  • Understanding of the HCSW Code of Conduct and related guidelines.
  • Demonstrates understanding of Safeguarding legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake identified duties in relation to patient care.
  • Report changes in patients' conditions to registered nurse.
  • Contribute to patient reassessments and documentation.
  • Respect patients' dignity and involve them in decision making.
