A leading care provider in Wandsworth is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage customer visits, assist with enquiries, and recruit Care Assistants. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and computer literacy. Qualifications

Overview

Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £24,000-£26,000
Hours: Full time

Are you great at organising a schedule and finding solutions to complex problems? When there is a group event, are you often the point of contact because you know the arrangements? If this sounds like you, you may be a great fit as a Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate Care Assistants to all customer visits.

  • Process new customer enquiries and assess whether we can fulfil them.
  • Recruit new Care Assistants.
  • Ensure customer and Care Assistant records are up to date.

Required skills and qualifications

Key skills include being a good communicator, computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to meet deadlines, accuracy and attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Experience using rostering systems to prepare Care Assistant and Customer rotas is desirable but not mandatory. Previous experience in the care industry is welcome.
