Provide personal and clinical care to patients with minimal supervision, as delegated by a registered healthcare professional, in line with the HEIW All Wales Guidelines for Delegation. Regularly update registered healthcare professionals on patients conditions and progress. Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to infection prevention and control policies. Support the teaching and supervision of students and junior staff. Uphold Health Board/Trust Values and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Wales.
