Your role as a Crisis Support Worker for Young People will involve not only ensuring their safety but also engaging with them on an emotional level to foster a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Organising and participating in recreational activities
  • Transporting the young person to appointments, school, and other essential meetings
  • Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the living space
  • Attending staff meetings and training sessions
