Brook Street is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar & Waiting Staff to support a variety of exciting events, including weddings, parties, and special functions. We provide full on-the-job training. All you need is a great attitude, practical skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Role Details

• Job Title: Waiting Staff
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Pay: Up to £13 per hour
• Hours: 12 PM – Midnight (Weekend availability required)
• Location: Ashford (remote venue; applicants must drive and have access to their own transport)

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving drinks and food in a fast-paced event setting
• Delivering exceptional service to all guests
• Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Helping to set up and break down bar and dining areas
• Assisting with table service at events such as weddings and private parties
• Communicating effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and managers
• Working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
