Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of service delivery in the Waiting List and Reception areas.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure patient appointments are scheduled in accordance with agreed protocols.
• Support clinical teams to meet waiting list targets and optimise theatre utilisation.
• Ensure patients receive appropriate transport arrangements and that follow-up appointments are made efficiently.
• Work closely with the Patient Pathway Coordinators, Appointments Office and medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
