Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group. Circolo Popolare - Manchester by Big Mamma Group Restaurant is hiring for a role on our floor team. We are seeking individuals who bring energy, a warm attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team.
• Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section — following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments.
• You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
• You will be opening and closing the floor.
• You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude. Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.

Position Details

• Permanent, full-time position.
• £16.71 per hour + Tronc Point.
• 5 days working week with 2 consecutive days off.
