• Work with the Drawing Manager to deliver consistently flawless service for diners, ensuring that we always exceed their expectations.
• Be fluent in fine food and wine, quickly becoming conversant with the menu and its provenance.
• Impeccably presented, disciplined and adaptable, with keen attention to detail and crucial communication skills to convey and cater for any special guest requests or health requirements to the kitchen.
• Work positively and professionally within your team, and be given the support to further develop your skills as a front-of-house specialist.
• Ultimately, contribute your insight, commitment and pride in your work to be an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
