Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for an ambitious Waiter to join our wonderful team based in The Living Room, Library and Terrace.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,716.96 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*.
Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• You’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits The Living Room.
• Your main focus will be serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering morning and evening services—with a commitment to excellence.
• You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.
• Additionally, your skills in up selling and encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
