A leading consulting firm in Manchester is seeking a Vice President for National Security to lead business development and complex projects. This role demands strong consulting skills, a solid network, and the ability to generate significant revenue through client relationships. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be expected to mentor junior colleagues and drive strategic initiatives within the National Security sector.

As part of our growth agenda, we are seeking an additional Vice President in National Security.
We want you to bring your exceptional sector expertise to assist the growth of our ambition to be the National Security partner of choice. We are passionate about helping our clients to deliver sustainable, innovative change that makes a meaningful difference.
We will need you to autonomously scope and lead complex programmes for our clients, have proven success in business development with evidence of strong commercial acumen, actively contribute to internal initiatives and develop our team from a skills, experience, and capability perspective. While working in a supportive team environment, you will have the confidence and experience to drive our business development activities.
As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be a coach and role‑model to colleagues across the UK. You will be working directly with your fellow leadership team to deliver excellence for our clients. There is also the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the Capgemini Group to leverage our combined capabilities and expertise to the benefit of our clients - we often look to synergise our technical expertise (for example, digital and analytics) with the deep sector expertise held in the Public Sector.
