About The Role

As VP – Head of Legal for North Europe, you’ll take overall responsibility for the legal function across the cluster—guiding a high-performing team and partnering with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused, risk-aware advice. The Europe region is organised into four geographical clusters - North Europe encompasses the UK & Ireland, the Nordic and Baltic countries. It includes some of the most valuable and important assets in the Europe region and is also a rapidly growing part of the business.

From ports and terminals (London Gateway and Southampton) to contract logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding and technology, you’ll provide strategic legal support across all business verticals, ensuring compliance, consistency, and value creation. You’ll also manage external counsel relationships and align closely with C-suite stakeholders on key legal risks and mitigation strategies. This role reports into the Cluster EVP (CEO) with a dotted line into the regional General Counsel.

NOTE : this is a hybrid role based out of Regional Head Office in Victoria London.
