A community support organization is seeking Service User Representatives in Brighton & Hove. This role involves listening to service users and ensuring their voices are represented in decision-making processes. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for advocacy. Full training and support will be provided to ensure effectiveness and community connection. Applicants must be 18 or older and be prepared for a DBS check.
Change Grow Live believe that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best.
We are looking for people who can will help us to engage with those who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services.
We are looking for Service User Representatives to support us in our Brighton & Hove and St Thomas Rehab services.
An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services.
You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback. You will be working with Change Grow Live staff and connecting with the wider community.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the service user is heard. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
