A community support organization in Maidenhead is seeking a Criminal Justice Support Volunteer to assist recovery coordinators in managing cases and delivering support to service users. This volunteering role offers the chance to make a significant impact on individuals' lives while gaining experience. Volunteers must be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays and will undergo DBS checks. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure successful engagement in recovery processes.
At Change Grow Live you will support people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. As a Criminal Justice Support Volunteer, you will be working in close collaboration with Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators and Criminal Justice Services. You will be assistingشف Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators in their caseload management, supporting the service user through their community order or licence conditions. This can include completing assessments, risk management plans, support in facilitating groups and undertaking one to one work.
This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of working within both the Recovery Coordinators and criminal justice fields. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop within the role. This is rewarding role where you can make a real difference to the lives of others.
You must be able Heat to volunteer on Wednesdays and Thursdays (extra days to be discussed)
