Job summary

A community support organization based in Hastings is seeking a volunteer for an Activity and Recovery Events role. You will help facilitate activities like beach cleans and health walks, providing a supportive environment for service users to connect and engage. At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. We strive to ensure our services are warm and welcoming environments.

It's often overwhelming for the people we support to make changes in their lives, as an Activity and Recovery Events volunteer you will play a key role in proving a safe space for our service users to get together, connect and have fun.

Responsibilities

This a new and exciting opportunity for someone to support our recovery motivators with facilitating service user activities, such as beach cleans, health walks and beach fishing.

You will be responding to the needs of our service, also looking at what new activities we could develop, that would strengthen and enhance the opportunities on offer to the people that access our service.

You will be working alongside the staff team and volunteers; this is a rewarding and exciting role for someone who wants to make a difference in their community.
