We are looking to welcome new Visual Merchandising & Activities Co-Workers to our amazing Communication & Interior Design team based in our IKEA Sheffield unit.

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

You should have a creative and commercial sense, with a passion for inspiring customers through visual merchandising. Experience in retail environment visual merchandising is preferred. You should be comfortable working with electric tools, painting, and ladders. Knowledge of in design planning software, including Revit, is a plus but not essential. An eagerness to learn and grow into future leadership roles is important.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Help position the IKEA store as the top choice for home furnishings in your local market.
• Provide inspiring home furnishing solutions to enhance shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize visual merchandising skills to strengthen IKEA's brand identity through store layout and range presentation.
• Stay informed on trends in home furnishing and retailing to create inspiring visual displays.
• Spend approximately 25% of your time planning and 75% implementing on the shop floor.
