Job summary

A major automotive dealership in Greater London is seeking an individual to manage used car adverts, ensuring they are accurate and enticing. This role involves taking high-quality images and videos, updating the management system, and managing stock purchases. Success in this position requires strong IT skills, a full driving licence, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that all used car adverts are accurate and have a high quality description to promote enquiries and sales. You will maintain and ensure high quality images and videos are taken of all used car stock and constantly update the dealer management computer system with new information, data and vehicle images. You will maintain and be responsible for site reviews with the line manager and take appropriate action to ensure all vehicle and forecourt presentation standards are consistently met by the used car team. The successful candidate will also manage incoming stock purchases ensuring that all vehicle data and key information is captured and recorded accurately for onward vehicle promotion / advertising.

Qualifications & Skills
  • IT proficiency in MS Office products, dealer DMS systems and other web‑based apps and programs.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a busy target‑driven environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, especially the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Positive attitude to customer service with a real interest in the customer’s needs.
