We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Merchandising and Display team, based in London. Reporting into the UK Visual Merchandising Manager, you will oversee and monitor the visual merchandising standards within a designated area of shops and wholesale locations in London. You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative team and this role would suit someone with relevant experience in visual merchandising who is looking for a new challenge.

Role
  • Oversee the visual merchandising in a designated area of London based shops within the retail and wholesale market.
  • Regularly visit your designated shops and merchandise the shop floor in line with the marketing calendar and the relevant commercial pushes.
  • Collaborate with the wider Visual Merchandising team, to ensure a cohesive visual outlook across all stores.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with shop management and sales staff and set high standards of execution and general housekeeping standards.
  • Train and support in‑store retail teams and VM’s on VM standards and ensure they adhere to global VM, pricing and tagging guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate on new VM ideas, initiatives and implementations with the greater Visual Merchandising & Windows team.
  • Support the VM Manager on all projects from start to completion, including research, analysis, development and mock‑ups.
  • Provide visual merchandising support for events, brand activations and any filming taking place within Retail stores, ensuring spaces are camera‑ready and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support with seasonal showroom set‑ups, as well as window installations, as and when needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience of visual merchandising in a clothing retail environment.
  • Ability to execute visual merchandising plans to an exceptional standard.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a premium or luxury retail environment would be a plus.
