Join a forward-thinking team at the cutting edge of construction technology!

As a Software Consultant specialising in Viewpoint for Projects (VFP) and Field View (FV), you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the way our clients manage projects, enhancing collaboration, and driving efficiencies across multi-million-pound builds. This is more than just implementation—it’s about empowering users, solving complex challenges, and delivering lasting value.

You’ll lead the full project lifecycle from onboarding to go-live, working alongside some of the biggest names in the construction sector. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, you’ll support projects ranging from £1 million to over £100 million.

In terms of your experience, we are flexible and can shape the role and training to either a relatively recent Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture or QS Graduate OR a more experience construction professional who wishes to pivot in their career and work specifically within ConTech Software.

About Your Location

Ideally you will live within a commutable distance of our Newcastle office and be able to work hybridly, 2-3 days per week from it. Working hybridly, will accelerate your understanding of the role and provide you with the support of the wider team whilst you learn the intricacies of the position.

You can arrive at the office very easily via Metro or Railway, as the station is only 5 minutes walk from the office. We also have onsite parking available.

What You Will Do
  • Solution Delivery: Tailor and deploy innovative software solutions, ensuring each client’s unique needs are met.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage system setup and process mapping, providing clear documentation throughout.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver engaging training sessions—both remotely and onsite—that empower users to maximise the software’s potential.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients becoming their go-to expert and advocate.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, using a consultative approach.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to influence product enhancements and shape the future of our solutions.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • An educational background or work experience in construction or a related field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Document Control, Project Management).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A passion for driving digital transformation in the construction industry
What Would Be a Plus
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint products or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and other industry best practices (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience in developing and delivering structured training programs.
