Vice Principal – Attendance, Pastoral and Behaviour

The Portsmouth Academy is seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior leadership team as Vice Principal – Attendance, Pastoral and Behaviour, following a successful internal promotion. This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong foundations and make a lasting impact on student outcomes and wellbeing.

Working closely with the Head of School, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across attendance, behaviour, personal development, inclusion and pastoral care in line with the Trust's mission of Transforming Life Chances. You will champion a child‑first approach and ensure our values of Aspire, Achieve and Respect are embedded across the academy.
