Join our dynamic team as a Vice President - Technology Recruiter where youll play a pivotal role in attracting top Technologists and fostering a diverse inclusive workforce. As a trusted partner to the Technology organization youll have the opportunity to enhance best practices through additional project opportunities.

As a Senior Technology Recruiter in the Technology Recruitment Team you will ensure the attraction and recruitment of top talent both internally and externally. Youll leverage your strong understanding of the Tech market and commitment to inclusive hiring practices using proactive sourcing techniques and proven in-house delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruiting process and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Manage multiple roles and collaborate with various stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes and policies.
  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels.
  • Evaluate interview and present candidates refining strategies based on feedback.
  • Understand recruiting needs participate in client meetings and manage expectations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
  • Educate candidates on career growth benefits and compensation.
  • Provide market data to support client needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and maintain data integrity.
  • Mentor and coach team members both in local and regional teams.
