The Role

As VP/SVP, you will lead the full headhunting lifecycle, manage high‑value client relationships, and develop profit streams within one of our specialised search practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Acquisition: Engage and attract senior passive candidates across clean energy, energy infrastructure, or sustainable finance markets.
  • Client Origination: Build new business, nurture existing relationships, and execute client acquisition strategies.
  • Search Execution: Lead high‑quality retained search processes and deliver exceptional results to clients.
  • Deal Execution: Structure and negotiate complex recruitment deals.
  • Leadership: Mentor peers and lead team performance, training, and development.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the leadership team to refine market approaches and sales strategies.
