• Take end-to-end ownership as the first marketing hire, shaping the function while flexing across strategic initiatives and executing day-to-day priorities in a fast-growing environment
• Own the content strategy - develop, publish, and distribute thought leadership across relevant channels
• Build and amplify the public presence of the leadership team, ensuring consistent visibility across media, events, and digital platforms
• Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel demand
• Manage and grow the company's digital presence, including social channels, website, newsletters, and other owned media
• Support event strategy and execution - from industry conferences to company-hosted gatherings - to maximize brand and business impact

• Proven ability to conduct deep research and produce high-quality, data-backed articles, posts, and guides
• Sharp eye for design, visual storytelling, and overall brand aesthetics
• Experience building and scaling brand presence across digital channels - especially LinkedIn
• Strong problem-solving and campaign management skills, from ideation to execution to measurement across multiple channels
• Ability to support Sales teams and drive successful event participation, including external conferences and company-hosted events.
