Overview

Vice President, EMEA at Space Executive

Location: London or major European tech hub (Remote/Hybrid flexibility)

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / CEO

Company Stage: Series C | $120M Funded | $60M ARR

About the Company

We’re a high-growth Series C data infrastructure company, backed by $120M in funding from leading global investors. With $60M+ in ARR and a platform that powers mission-critical data operations, we are rapidly becoming the backbone of modern enterprise data architecture. Fortune 500s and digital-native companies alike rely on us to manage, govern, and activate data at scale — across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

As we expand globally, EMEA is a top strategic priority. We\'re seeking a transformational VP to lead our charge across this diverse and high-potential region.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Vice President of EMEA to own and lead our regional growth. You will be the senior-most executive in the region, responsible for building a scalable go-to-market engine, deepening strategic customer relationships, and positioning us as the category leader in modern data infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to build a multi-functional organization across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing — with the backing of a mature product, strong enterprise traction, and the resources of a well-capitalized growth company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the EMEA P&L: Set regional strategy, structure, and resourcing plans to deliver ARR, retention, and expansion goals.
  • Build and Lead Teams: Hire, coach, and scale high-performing sales and success teams across key sub-regions (UKI, DACH, France, Nordics, Middle East, etc.).
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Drive and close large, complex deals across industries such as finance, telecom, manufacturing, and public sector.
  • Customer Lifecycle Ownership: Collaborate with global CS, support, and solutions engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experience from onboarding through renewal.
  • Partner Ecosystem Growth: Develop strategic alliances with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), GSIs, local resellers, and technology partners.
  • Field Marketing & Demand Generation: Partner with marketing to execute region-specific campaigns, thought leadership, and event strategies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a key voice in product feedback, market intelligence, and global go-to-market strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with at least 5+ years in regional leadership roles (VP/GM) within the data, infrastructure, or cloud ecosystem.
  • Track record of owning and growing a regional book of business from <$10M to $30M+ ARR.
  • Deep knowledge of the data infrastructure stack — e.g., data pipelines, data lakes, governance, observability, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
  • Ability to navigate long, consultative enterprise sales cycles and lead teams selling to CDOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.
  • Strong operational acumen and experience building full regional teams from the ground up.
  • Multicultural leadership experience with strong understanding of regional business dynamics across EMEA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Based in EMEA with ability to travel across the region as needed.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation (base, bonus, equity)
  • Full regional ownership and executive autonomy
  • Leadership role at a hyper-growth, category-defining company
  • Talented team with deep domain expertise in data infrastructure
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility with HQ support
Additional Details
  • Seniority level: Executive
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Industry focus: Data Infrastructure and Analytics and Software Development
