About the Company

High-growth international technology company specialising in remote detection cameras and software for commercial and border security markets.

About the Role

For you to own EMEA revenue growth and lead the transition from hardware (box-centric) sales to value-led, software-enabled solutions. Drive a mix shift from hardware‑led deals to recurring SaaS and higher‑value solution sales. Increase average customer value and gross margin.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership (currently 7 people).
  • Build a disciplined, scalable sales and marketing team while maintaining speed and pragmatism.
  • Lead, coach and performance‑manage sales and marketing teams.
  • Introduce clear roles, targets and accountability without bureaucracy.
  • Maintain direct customer and partner engagement.
  • Feed market insight into product and roadmap.
  • Represent the customer in leadership discussions.

  • Achieve 2026 sales and profitability growth targets.
  • Deliver minimum quarter‑out sales predictability on well‑modelled annual sales.
