A major diversified financial services provider is looking for a Vice President of Global Investment Operations in Swindon. As Vice President of Global Investment Operations, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for the operational backbone of our investment platform.
This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our investment operations across global markets. You will oversee core functions such as trade settlement, cash and collateral management, derivatives lifecycle oversight, and position reconciliation, while supporting front‑office investment teams and maintaining strong relationships with custodians and counterparties.
For this critical senior‑level position, we are open to considering candidates based in Minneapolis (USA), Boston (USA), London (UK), Swindon (UK), or Gurugram (India).

The estimated base salary for this role is $220,000 - $250,000 / year. We have a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long‑term incentives depending on the role.
