A leading infrastructure asset manager is seeking a Fund Controller to oversee financial and treasury management for their greenfield development infrastructure funds. The role involves preparing investor reports, managing treasury functions, and collaborating with investment teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in fund accounting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This position offers significant exposure to infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will take primary responsibility for one of our existing greenfield development infrastructure funds, fully raised and materially deployed, and you will support the wider team across the various unlisted infrastructure value-add funds managed by InfraRed. As a Fund Controller in the Portfolio management team, your role includes financial and treasury management, reporting, driving value-add initiatives on investments and providing technical advice as well as implementation support on transactional activities. You will also assist with investor reporting and disposals. Day-to-day financial management for each of the investments is outsourced to third-party providers, but requires direct support and coordination from the portfolio management / finance team. This position involves close collaboration with other members of the value-add infrastructure team and the broader InfraRed team, including the Investment, tax and central functions teams. This is an attractive career opportunity for a commercially astute fund controller seeking their next move. We offer exposure to significant infrastructure projects in a key role with an experienced and successful team.
