Looking for a stable, part-time role with no on-call? Join our supportive team at Argyll Veterinary Centre with flexible scheduling and a permanent contract. We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, values excellent clinical care, and is eager to contribute to and grow within our vibrant team. A surgical basis would be preferable however not essential.
Argyll Veterinary Practices are located in beautiful North Devon, an area of outstanding natural beauty with stunning coastline, surf beaches, and countryside—perfect for an active, outdoor lifestyle. This role spans our two practices in Barnstaple and Braunton, where we focus mainly on cats and dogs. The role is commutable from Bideford, Great Torrington, South Molton, Westward Ho!, Ilfracombe and other surrounding locations in Devon and North Cornwall.
Our head vet has a special interest in cardiology, and we've recently installed dental x-ray as part of our ongoing investment in modern facilities. We're nearly ISFM-accredited and proud to be working towards a cat-friendly environment. The team is passionate about CPD and fear-free principles, with our vet actively teaching staff. Rota: 30 hours a week, Flexible, with 1 in 5 Saturdays. No on call thanks to our MiNightVet!
