In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between the clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring seamless operations, outstanding client service, and an environment where people genuinely love to work. Competitive salary of up to £50,000 DOE
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (part-time considered)

Balance of strategic leadership and hands-on management

Proven experience in leadership, HR or practice management (veterinary experience desirable but not essential)
A proactive, highly organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Confidence with IT systems (experience with PMS software an advantage)
Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets
Passion for developing people, driving performance and building culture
Nursing background desirable, to truly bridge clinical and non-clinical operations
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Lead, support and inspire a team of veterinary and non-clinical professionals
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards
Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency
Handle client care, feedback and service delivery at the highest standard
Support recruitment, HR processes and team development
Contribute to marketing initiatives and practice growth strategies
Foster a collaborative, supportive and thriving workplace culture
Salary up to £50,000 DOE
