What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in leadership, HR or practice management (veterinary experience desirable but not essential)

A proactive, highly organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Confidence with IT systems (experience with PMS software an advantage)

Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets

Passion for developing people, driving performance and building culture

Nursing background desirable, to truly bridge clinical and non-clinical operations

Your Responsibilities
