Join the largest, and greenest, fleet operator in the UK and take on a new challenge in a commercial vehicle workshop environment.
We’re recruiting an IMI Level 2 qualified mechanic at our North West Hub Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to £45k including overtime.
Working Hours: Full time – 39.5 hours per week (Rotating 3 week shift pattern; weeks 1 & 2: working between 06:00 – 14:00, week 3: working between 13:00 – 21:30). Saturday and Sunday working is 1 in 3 weeks (1 Saturday in 3 weeks and 1 Sunday in 3 weeks e.g. Monday and Tuesday off then working Wednesday to Sunday). You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends (with weekday days off). There is also permanent nightshift available working 21:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday. Nightshift allowance is £131.38 per week.

You’ll perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment. You’ll use your own personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair light / heavy goods vehicles. You’ll also have access to specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops.
