Overview

Location: Gloucester
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 basic, £44,000 OTE (uncapped bonus based on efficiency).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hours with Saturday mornings on rota

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a client’s workshop in Gloucester. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Requirements
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualified and confident in diagnostic work
  • Full UK driving license
