Overview

Vehicle Technician

Competitive Salary up to £35,000 dependant on experience + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits, OTE £38-42,000. Great facility with an excellent growing company. Our client is a market-leading car dealership group. They are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician. You will receive the industry's best training at some of the top facilities in the motor trade and you will learn new skills while becoming an expert on brand-new and used vehicles. The team at this site is friendly and helpful and thrives on teamwork and camaraderie.

Responsibilities
  • Carry our vehicle maintenance and repair utilising your technical knowledge
  • Testing, diagnosing, and resolving faults
  • Working on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Inspecting components for wear and tear
  • Repairing and replacing parts
  • Checking vehicle subsystems
  • Supporting other Technicians in the Workshop
Qualifications and Key Skills
  • An NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A current valid MOT Licence is advantageous but not essential
  • The capability of working to the highest quality standards and efficiency targets
  • Great team player and communication skills
  • Can do, positive attitude
