Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic | Up to £55,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week (1 in 4 Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
- Diagnostic Testing: Utilise the latest diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Repairs and Replacements: Carry out repairs and replace faulty parts to maintain vehicle reliability.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the dealership's high standards of quality.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed.
- Documentation: Accurately document all work carried out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Continuously update your skills and knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with familiarity with the latest automotive technology.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to delivering high-quality work with precision.
- Communication: Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential.
